The London Small Business Centre (LSBC) is a non-for-profit organization with the mission of supporting startup and mature businesses from London Economic Region. The Centre defines itself as one-stop source for professional advice, funding and industry connecting for businesses and entrepreneurs.

It provides a large and diverse portfolio of programs, services and resources designed to assist in all areas of successful business administration. For example, the LSBC offers programs to help entrepreneurs start and develop their business ideas through programs like: the Ontario Works Self Employment Program, or the Canadian Youth Business Foundation Loan Program, and other. The Centre offers free training and informative sessions in the area of business management, such as: starting up a small business, business planning, banking, marketing, e-business, networking and access to professionals. Furthermore, the LSBC hosts an extensive list of resources related to financing, business plans, selling to government and more. Finally, the Centre organizes throughout the year numerous community events that bring together business and community leaders, educators, not-for-profit organization managers, entrepreneurs, professionals and private individuals to share their thoughts and expertise.

The main stream of clients of the Centre is from "Retail Trade," " Professional, Scientific & Technical Services," "Other Services," "Arts, Entertainment & Recreation," and "Accommodation & Food Services" sectors. In 2013, the major gains in clients were in "Arts, Entertainment & Recreation," "Information & Cultural Industries," and "Administrative and Support, Waste Management & Remediation Services" sectors. In the same year, the major losses in clients were in "Other," "Other Services," "Accommodation & Food Services," and "Health Care & Social Assistance Services" sectors. These changes are a reflection of the overall economic conditions in the London Economic Region in 2012 and 2013.
